On behalf of the entire RWJF Culture of Health Prize team, we are delighted to inform you that your community has been selected as a finalist in the 2017 RWJF Culture of Health Prize competition. The 32 Phase II applicant communities revealed a range of innovation and success from across the nation with diverse accomplishments that made for an inspiring and challenging comprehensive review process by our judges.
